My phone is financed or still on a payment plan. Can I sell it?
Yes. Financed phones are a big part of what we buy. Pick “Locked or financed” when you get your quote and the price already reflects it — no surprises later.
What about a blocked phone or bad ESN?
We buy those too. Choose “Blocked / bad ESN” in the quote flow. The one thing we never buy is an iCloud-locked (activation-locked) phone — if Find My is still on and the account can't be removed, we can't take it.
What if my phone's condition isn't what I picked?
We'll send you a revised offer with the reason, and you get time to think it over. Accept it and we pay the new amount; decline it and the phone comes back to you free. If you don't answer before the deadline in the message, we'll take that as a yes so your payout isn't held up.
How long does the whole thing take?
Shipping is a few days each way, inspection is usually done within two business days of arrival, and payouts go out as soon as your phone passes — PayPal is fastest, checks take a few days in the mail.
Should I remove anything before shipping?
Sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My if you can, remove your SIM and memory card, and factory reset the phone. If it arrives with Find My still active we can't buy it.
